FCCLA piloted two new leadership training opportunities for a limited group of affiliated members and advisers. In partnership with the Disney Imagination Campus at both the Anaheim and Orlando parks, FCCLA offered Disney-led sessions focused on Leadership and Teamwork within the parks.
Due to the program’s overwhelming success, FCCLA will expand this opportunity in 2025 to allow more students to participate. Additional Disney-led sessions have been added at each location, giving even more members the chance to develop valuable skills in a dynamic, small-group setting that goes beyond the traditional classroom experience.
Student attendees will have the opportunity to select a combination of two of the following workshops: Leadership the Disney Way, Teamwork the Disney Way, Immersive Storytelling, and Theme Park Design.
